Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Requirements: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the return is approved.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Return Process

- We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item(s).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@neatneroli.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number for a swift resolution.
